Return Policy

We hope you like your jewelry, but if you don't, please send us an e-mail to info@merkkipassi.com, and we will make an exchange or return for you in 30 days.

General Guidelines
1. 30-Day Policy: Merkki Passi honors exchanges and returns for the majority of orders within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Exclusions: We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for monogrammed, custom-made, or items marked as final sale. Additionally, items damaged from normal wear and tear are exempted.
3. Warranty: Post the initial 30 days, all items come with a minimum 1-Year Warranty.
4. Holiday Returns: Purchases made between November 15 and December 15 may be returned up until January 15. Standard return procedures apply for orders outside this timeframe.
