Return Policy

We hope you like your jewelry, but if you don't, please send us an email to info@merkkipassi.com, and we will make an exchange or return for you in 30 days. Upon receiving the returned item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

General Guidelines

1. 30-Day Policy: MERKKI PASSI honors exchanges and returns for the majority of orders within 30 days of delivery.
2. Exclusions: We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for monogrammed, custom-made, or items marked as final sale. Additionally, items damaged from normal wear and tear are exempted.
3. Warranty: Post the initial 30 days, all items come with a minimum 1-Year Warranty.
4. Holiday Returns: Purchases made between November 15 and December 15 may be returned up to January 15. Standard return procedures apply for orders outside this timeframe.
5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
